  1. 2 cups sushi rice.
  2. 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar.
  3. 1 Tbsp sugar.
  4. 400g Tegel Fresh Chicken Skinless Breast, sliced thinly.
  5. 1 tsp grated fresh ginger.
  6. 3 Tbsp mirin.
  7. 3 Tbsp Reduced Salt Japanese soy sauce.
  8. 6 sheets nori seaweed.

    I love that you have chosen to list the ingredients for sushi for this activity. Sushi is one of my favourite foods! It's so convenient to eat and it's super tasty too. What do you usually like in your sushi? Chicken sushi is my absolute favourite! I also like to have them in different shapes sometimes like onigiri (the Japanese word for sushi that has a triangular shape).

    Do you eat sushi often? It can actually be quite tricky to make so I don't have homemade sushi as much as I would like to but I do buy it every once in a while. Have you been brave enough to try wasabi with it? It's so spicy! I just prefer soy sauce with mine, what about you?
