cheesecake -raspberry- slj sweet tooth

  1. Heat the oven and soften the cream cheese.
  2. Coat the pan with butter.
  3. Wrap the pan in foil.
  4. Prepare the crust.
  5. Bake the crust.
  6. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  7. Mix in the sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  8. Mix in the eggs and yolk one at a time.

    Mmmm yum, blueberry/raspberry cheesecake sounds really good! The day would begin fantastically if we could have cheesecake for breakfast even though it wouldn't be the typical breakfast option. All this talk of food is making my mouth water and tummy grumble!

    Have you made this recipe before? How often to you get to have cheesecake? If I could, I would probably have this after each meal! I think it would go nice with some ice cream or whipped cream. What would you have this cheesecake with? Thank you for the recipe Seleste, I will definitely try it for dessert tomorrow.
